Genasthim is currently looking for a competent individual who will perform the role of Learning and Talent Management Officer
As a Learning and Talent Management Officer, you will provide direction, design, support, storyboarding design, and content development in a range of learning and development and talent management elements that may include, but are not limited to: leadership development, supervisory/management training, employee development, performance management, change management, leadership readiness, and succession planning and learning need analysis.
The incumbent will also manage learning-related data reporting and analytics, proactively identifying and applying analysis that would add additional strategic value to HR.
Responsible for the effective design, development, implementation, coordination, and presentation of training and development programs for team members. The position assesses Genashtim-wide developmental needs to drive training initiatives and identifies and arranges suitable training solutions for our team members. This position actively searches, creatively designs, and implements effective methods to educate, enhance performance, and recognize performance.
Leverage and utilize any existing training tools and other training methodologies to best deploy any training initiatives, including the designing, implementation, and deployment of different sets of curriculum based on team member levels
Administer any existing training initiatives or activities and/or enhance these further based on business requirements (onboarding program, foundation course building assessment, performance management, Learning Management System) core competency, leadership assessment, and succession planning.
Develop, implement, and institutionalize a people manager scorecard.
The competent Learning and Talent Management Officer will have-
5+ years of experience in training needs analysis, training content design, and remote/ virtual training facilitation.
Excellent working knowledge and experience in MS interactive PowerPoint and any learning management system (LMS) platform.
Strong knowledge of visual design, visual concepts, a keen eye for layout design with for effective implementation and facilitation of online training programs.
Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written.
